  • Saturday morning yoga classes are held at Happy Hub Collective, (the old Stackwood Cafe).
    Address: 10 Stack St Fremantle WA 6160.
    There is street parking plus a few parking spots onsite. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle into the space.

  • Please bring your yoga mat and any props you would like in class (blankets, bolster, blocks). Please also bring along a water bottle. There is access to a kitchen and toilet at the venue.

  • Walk-ins are welcome but it is a good idea to book to secure your place.

  • Upcoming classes can be seen here. Payments are made online at the time of booking via Square. Once you have booked and paid you will receive a confirmation email from Acuity Scheduling.

  • Changes to your booking can be made through your Acuity confirmation email.

    Cancellations that are made at least 12 hours before class can be rescheduled, credited, or refunded. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

    I’ll always do my best to be reasonable, but as a small business I am unable to offer refunds for late cancellations or missed classes. Please read the Refunds Policy for more information.

  • I like to leave a couple of minutes grace in case you are running late. However, once class has started the door will be locked and late arrivals will not be let in. This is to maintain a calm and focused space for everyone in attendance. Please aim to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

  • Yes! Together we will explore gentle and intuitive movements, conscious breaths, and a meditative presence. As I guide you through your asana practice I offer layered movements and lots of space so you can choose your own adventure as you meet the version of yourself that has joined you on the mat. If you are hesitant, anxious, nervous, unsure… please reach out to me.

  • Please consult with a physician before attending class if you have health concerns or conditions. I also ask that you please let me know of any past/present injuries, medical conditions, and health concerns, and update me if there are any changes. Any personal information we discuss is confidential and is purely to ensure I can do my best to support you and keep you safe as you participate in classes.
