My Story.

I started practicing meditation and asana for SPACE. Space where everything not needed can fall into the background; internal and external pressures along with the need to perform, control, and push… Space to hold myself in ways I need. To move. To breathe. To be.

At my very first yoga teacher training, one of our teachers told us ‘the reason you teach yoga is the reason you were drawn to the practice in the first place’.

I am not here to push you; chances are you are already pushed enough by yourself and others.

I am here to give you space.

When I teach, my intention is to deliver a nurturing and inclusive practice where you can do as you need. I portray the multi-layered practice of yoga in functional and accessible ways, inviting in self-awareness and presence.

I have over eight years of a dedicated yoga practice and a combined 400 hours of training in vinyasa, modern hatha, tantric hatha, yin, children’s, and trauma-sensitive yoga. Over the past two and a half years, I have been teaching yoga full-time, teaching in studios, offering private 1:1 sessions, facilitating corporate classes, and leading community events including yoga workshops and women’s circles.

If you are interested in joining me for a practice, please reach out and I can share my current public teaching schedule with you or we can organise a 1:1 session.
